Before the football journey started, I had the pleasure to watch the greats of the Jammat play the beautiful game. I swiftly wanted to follow in their footsteps and be a part of it.

I started my footballing journey at the age of 9 when my older brother Riz was playing competitive football and took the time to teach me. Taking every opportunity to learn, I was that kid who had a ball with him at all times.

Through many years of hard work, practice, and dedication I became very confident with the ball at my feet and what i was capable of.  Along the way played in various positions, before settling into my most recent position CM. I believe this is the most demanding of all and not something that any player can step into and successfully fulfil the roles/responsibilities required.  I very much enjoy this position, as this has allowed me to develop and learn the value of simple football, as well as what one crisp pass can lead to goal scoring opportunities, and not to mention the long-range balls that have led to so many goals over the years.

Before Joining AMY FC I played in the Combined Counties (semi-pro) and the Morden district leagues. I Joined AMY FC when it was founded in 2013; I have had the pleasure of seeing A.M.Y. Fc grow over the years and become a club with great foundation/structure.

As well as playing for the clubs the first team, I have also been part of the coaching team, trying to share my knowledge/experience with the next generation of players.
