Like London buses, 2 defeats have come in quick succession.

We were sloppy from the start and lacked intensity. The opposition was marking us tightly but we didn’t show enough quality or pass the ball well enough. We went 0-1 down having stopped expecting the offside flag. We had brief periods of good movement, with Humayon playing a large part in these. A minute before half time, we put together a good move switching play from right to left, that saw Rehan beat the right back on the byline, breeze past the keeper and finished cooly.

Despite pulling level, we were 1-2 and 1-3 down early in the second half. We put the full press and attack on and there was an excellent late goal by Mehshan off the underside of the crossbar, after good work by Mustafa. It was a little bit too late and we deservedly lost the game.

We look to bounce back next week and get back on track.
