League Match #19

Another tough loss to take, having started slowly we went 0-1 down within 2 mins. We got over the sloppy start and began to play with much more cutting edge. We were denied a stonewall penalty when rehan was taken out by the keeper. We carried on and were level when humayon played in rehan, who zipped in a cross for his opposing winger Dani to score.

We unfortunately then lost Ghali to a flailing hand from the opposition when trying to take a throw in. Ghali is currently due for an eye op due to scratch damage and we request prayers for his swift recovery.

In the second half we began dominating possession and had an excellent chance to take the lead when mustafa was through on goal only to hit the post and the follow up cleared.

We are undone by a set piece to go 2-1 down and despite this with 15 mins to go got back to level when Shubz crosses for mehshan to score a stooping header.

Unfortunately we conceded straight away after equalising from a cross that was flicked in off one our defenders. With that we were heavily chasing the game and let in two more late on.
